Q : How do I book Tiyana for an appointment or shoot?
A : You can book me by submitting an inquiry via my contact form. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit payable in cash or via Paypal. Please see my Terms and Conditions for more information.
Q : Is a deposit required to reserve and appointment?
A : Yes. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit payable in cash or via Paypal. Bridal bookings also require a signed contract.
Q : How long do appointments take?
A : I love taking my time to ensure my clients are pampered and their beauty visions are exceeded. Most appointments take 45 minutes – 1 hour for a full face makeup application. But I encourage clients to allot up to an hour and half, just in case!
Q : Can you travel to my home or venue for my appointment?
A : Absolutely! Travel to locations within 10 miles of Camp Springs, MD 20746 is complimentary. Travel to locations in excess of 10 miles from Camp Springs, MD are charged $0.56/mi. Please review my Terms & Conditions for more information.
Q : What forms of payment do you accept?
A : Cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards via Paypal.
Q : What kind of makeup do you use?
A : I’m a firm believer in “It’s not what you use, it’s how you use it”. In other words, I use products that I’ve thoroughly tested and have proven to be the best quality, regardless of brand. As such, my kit features a wide spectrum of brands, from high end to drug store. A few of my favorites are Black Opal, MAC, Milani, Kryolan, Sacha Cosmetics, Makeup Forever, Kett, Lime Crime, and Graftobian.
Q : What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A : Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me! Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied towards another appointment within 6 months. Refunds are not issued for services performed, but I will absolutely work to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your makeup.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or bookings canceled without proper notice will result in a forfeit deposit.Search for:
